Our Staff : Rebecca Conrad, AIA, LEED AP, Partner

Rebecca first worked for ANF as an intern in 1988 before her graduation from Auburn University. She specializes in architecture for educational facilities and sustainable design and headed up the team for the Master Plan, design, and construction of the new high school campus for St. George's Schools. She has overseen student apartments for Christian Brothers University, completed edgy student housing for Memphis College of Art, designed dementia facilities for Alzheimer's Day Services, directed phased expansions for St George's Independent Schools, and managed continuing care facilities for Trezevant Manor. Rebecca was recently honored as one of the Memphis Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" young professionals who are making significant contributions to the community. Rebecca is very involved with the AIA and was the first female President of the AIA-Memphis Chapter and serves on the AIA Tennessee Design/Build Committee. Rebecca is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the US Green Building Council.
 
Who was the biggest influence in your career?
My grandmother.
 
What talent do you wish you had?
To have laundry done with the twitch of my nose.
 
What attracted you to ANF?
The friendly atmosphere and design reputation.
 
What can't you live without?
A warm cup of coffee first thing in the morning.
 
What do you do for a good time when you are not working?
Spend time with my husband and three daughters.
