Who was the biggest influence in your career?
My father. He taught me to respect others, work hard and look for opportunities in life.

What talent do you wish you had?
I would like to play classical guitar and speak fluent Spanish.

What attracted you to ANF?
I wanted to start a firm that was a fun place to work, like the ones that I had worked for in Sydney, Australia. Work was important, but more important were the people and the good times.

What can't you live without?
Family and loved ones.

What do you do for a good time when you are not working?
Repairing things, especially things that are broken and not too complex to figure out. I also enjoy water sports, cigars, a cold beer and a sunset.
